The bar and the kitchen work hand in hand, in perfect harmony of flavours and aromas. Our wines are selected to match our plates, and to match Sacha’s taste. He favours local wines, wines with a history, grapes grown around the Mediterranean, at accessible prices, so that Sacha can share with every guest, a glass of wine.
Sacha's Cocktails
Behind the bar, the same instinct as in the kitchen, take what the season offers and let it speak. Our cocktails are rewritten as the produce turns, spice through the winter, fruit and fresh herbs when the days grow long. Come back in three months and the list will have moved on.
